Guten Tag Sweet Friends,

Today, I’m reminded of that song, Walking on Sunshine – and it’s time to feel good! YEAH! We’ve had two glorious, sunny days here in Cologne. Color me HAPPY friends!! I miss many things about Hawaii (mostly my fab friends) but I sho do miss that perfect weather. But the past two days have been perfect, and I’m thrilled. Gettin’ my vitamin D on and enjoying the warmth. Actually wore my daisy dukes, t-shirt and flip flops past two days. WOOHOO!!! Walked around town today running errands, having lunch and just getting lost in the city.

Also spent the better part of today researching our Paris trip this weekend. I’m meeting Rickey Lee in Paris on Saturday and we’ve got a short amount of time there so I’m trying to cram it all in. It’s his first trip to Paris (maybe only) so I want him to see as much as possible. He’s in Thailand now and out of communication range, so I’m pushing forward and hoping he arrives as planned! Fingers crossed!!

So I’m pushing three weeks here and so far so good, but still missing Hawaii and all my loved people; so it was so awesome to receive a Hawaii care package today from my besties Tam Tam and Tuli!!! What a huge and happy surprise!!! A box with some of my favs in it – dried pineapple, coconut peanut butter (OMG!), Kona coffee, Hawaiian sea salt, and a gorgeous turquoise necklace!! Cheehoo! I am so thrilled with my treasures and the cards made me weep with joy! Thank you my sweet friends!! You make me so happy!

Speaking of happy, it’s almost 9 PM here and still light outside! Seriously, it doesn’t get dark here until 10 PM!!! I think I’ll go roller blading!!! Hope your night is spectacular!
